These chops are really tasty, quick and easy. All they need are a quick brown and baste and then into the oven - don't overcook or they will be dry. The apples really make it - eating the apples and pork in the same bite is really good.

These pork chops are so good that I make them for Thanksgiving (we're not fans of turkey. My kids love the sauce, so I double the sauce recipe. So easy to make and so much flavor.

The sauce and the grilled apples were delicious, but the pork was incredibly dry. Read more of my critique on this as well as other dishes at dinnerwithkir.blogspot.com

This recipe was a fantastic change for pork chops. I didn't have apple cider so I just used apple cider vinegar. I wasn't sure how my family would take to the apples but they liked it!!!! I also made the Neely's holiday cornbread stuffing to go with the pork chops. Wow what a combo"!!!!!!!! These are keepers. Thank you

It was OK, nothing special but won't be making it again. perhaps if the pork chops were marinated in the syrup-mustard mixture.

We really enjoyed this recipe!! Who would've thought to put together maple syrup and spicy brown mustard...outstanding combination!! Tonight I cooked it on my stovetop grill. Next time I'll try it on the outdoor bbq...easier to sear and seal in even more moisture. Thanks Rachel!!

This recipe was quick and easy and delicious. Even my five-year-old "I hate onions. I hate mustard" kid was chowing down. The pork chops were moist from the basting. You can prepare the sauce ahead of time and pull the whole thing together in no time. This is a keeper recipe.

Very tasty recipe and so easy. I needed something last minute for my father-in-laws B day and this was perfect. I also used applesauce instead of cider.

I would say this recipe is just so-so. Nothing special. Certainly not a keeper.

After working all day and pork chops thawed in the fridge, who do you turn to for a recipe on food network? Rachel these were so good my husband could not stop eating. Quick and easy to prepare and tastes like I worked really hard. I will definately keep this recipe in my recipe box. Please try this. Thanks Rachel.
