I have made this recipe many, many times and it always comes out fresh and delicious. We eat it as a salad with the bread on the side sometimes. As a wrap, this recipe is a hit with my children even though they aren't super excited about shrimp.

This recipe was wonderful, although, I did ad some red onion, and cherry tomatoes to the salad mix, as well as a little mayo! Yummy!

This wrap is a delish twist on the ordinary low carb chicken wraps. Don't be afraid of the anchovy... It's just salty & nutty. The lemon cuts any fishyness that you might be afaid of. I used whole wheat tortillas, but next time I will try the larger "wrap" style tortillas. I did not give this five stars b/c it is not exactly something I would serve to company or get at a resaraunt. Thanks Rach!

took these to the beach and they worked out very well. Could have used a little something extra...

We have made these for a few picnics or days at the pool. They are so good it really seems to fancy to be eating with toddlers at the pool, but they are so easy and good, it's just as much trouble to make sandwiches. We've make them for company as well and they were a hit. I have passed the recipe on to people already.

It was a good thing my husband woke me up early this morning or I would have missed Rachael's show!! I opted for a lower calorie plain wrap and substituted the anchovies with avacado. I also made Rachael's Thai Chicken Wrap so we ate both tonight!! This was such a delicious meal. These wraps are definately keepers!!

I ahev been on the South Beach Diet for weeks and was tired of overything. This was a simple fast recipe that filled both me and my husband up and left some for lunch the next day.

I can't believe that no one else has left a review of this recipe. It's quick, easy and light. My teenager that doesn't usually like shrimp, loves it, even my meat and potato loving husband thought it was great.
