My first attempt on stovetop grilling and I have to say I'm inspired. The marinade was fantastic - the smashed potatoes were a real hit.

I haven't tried the grilled steak yet! However, the blt smashed potatoes are a smash! They are great!

This marinade was so easy & infused the meat with just the right flavor. My kids loved it! The potatoes were a tougher sell for them because of the color but my husband & I enjoyed them, even without the leeks.

The only part of the recipe I made was the BLT Smashed Potatoes - but boy was it good! Totally easy to prepare and great leftover too! I have been telling everyone I know about this quick, easy, and tasty side dish.

The only thing I would say I did differently is drain the bacon grease before adding the leeks. Other than that....its perfection on a plate!

I only made the steak, and thought it was quite good. Would have been better if it wasn't a "30 min meal"! I would've liked to keep the meat in the marinade significantly longer.

I am a brand new cook. I am slowly learning and this was one of my first major adventures. Everybody devoured it. Thanks Rachel for making it easy for me :

Definitely a dish I would make again. I only made the flank steak and loved how you didn't have to marinate the steak for a long time to get a nice taste. I'd like to make the BLT mashed potatoes next time.

I made the Flank Steak last night for dinner and my boyfriend said it was the best thing I had ever cooked for him!! It is so flavorful and was extremely tender! Very simple to make too!
