It was absolutely delicious. This steak is tasty and tender. It is important to cut it the right way in very thin slices. My husband loved it and asked me to cook it again.

The marinated flank steak was excellent and very easy to make. When I made the potatoes I just boiled them, drained them and then just salt and peppered them, that's it. Add some Texas style pinto beans, warm flour tortillas and pico de gallo and there it is, TEXMEX.

    It's great.

This is a great recipe! Sometimes I will use Turkey Bacon instead. My son does not like tomatoes so I might not add them always and it still makes a great recipe. Something with them leeks and bacon, its makes them taste so good. Adds so much flavor. To die for!

The flavor of the steak for such a short marinade we out of this world, but the steak inself was tuff and chewy. My husband and myself loved to smashed spuds, but the kids would not try them due to the color.

This is my favorite recipe of hers. My husband said it was the best meat and potatoes he has ever had. The flavor of the beef is just perfect and the potatoes are to die for. While preparing the potatoes I wasn't sure I would like leeks and tomatoes in my potatoes, but I loved it!
