This recipe is awesome. I had never cooked a flank steak before and this one turned out amazing. I did the 24 hour marinade (minus the vinegar until the last 15 minutes. My husband couldn't stop eating it or raving about it! The potatoes were equally yummy. I couldn't find any broccolini in my area, so I substituted broccoli and roasted it like Rachel did on the show. I will definately make this again - perhaps after I've invited a few guests! Yummy!

This is the first recipe I have EVER tried off of a TV program and I was delighted to see how fast, easy and tasty it was. I cook for myself and my kids (20, 15, and 10 years old! and they ALL loved it. It is not often that I find something that we all like. This is going in my recipe book of favorites. Thanks Rachael!!!

The recipe was good but the meat was cheewy. Nevertheless, the flavor could not have better, and the potatoes were to die for!!! REALLY!
Try it for yourself. It's inexpensive and the results are surprising, but you might want to select a differnt type of meat.

I have prepared many different types of marinades for flank steak and think this is by far the best flavor ever; so often marinades look and smell great but after broiling those flavors do not seems to remain; not with this one!....I marinated longer..a couple of hours in the fridge and broiled 7 minutes
on each side....it was perfect!!! thanks Rachel!!!

The potatoes were very good but the steak was just average. I didn't have a grill pan so I used a skillet and ended up having to put it under the broiler because of it cooking unevenly. I did like the marinade so it's probably just me.
