    Excellent flavor on the steak! a bit rare on the thicker end so after I sliced it up I put it back into the pan I cooked it, I am so glad I did it too because it got all the brown bits and juices all over the individual pieces and just intensified the flavors.

    I have only used the marinade portion of this recipe, but it is definately a 5 star marinade! I have made it several times, switching from the paprika, cumin, chipotle, and chili powder. I personally like the paprika best. I also add a pinch of light brown sugar and always allow it to marinate for at least 4 to 5 hours. Don't be afraid to try it on chicken!

    Fantastic taste! I marinated it for around 4 hours. My husband tried and tried to guess the ingredients, but failed! This will be a keeper. We're planning to make it again this weekend for the in-laws!!

    Fantastic marinade for steak! I was in a rush and needed something quick....not able to make the potato dish. But flank steak recipe is definitely a keeper. My 16 yr. old raved about it for days and even made fajitas and cheesesteaks with the leftover steak!

    I've been making this recipe for a couple of years now. It is my go to recipe for flank steak. Turns out perfect every time! When I haven't prepared enough ahead of time, I've only marinated it for 30 minutes and it still is great. The longer you marinate, the better. I just used a freezer ziploc bag to marinate the steak. I find this is the best and easiest way to marinate meat. You can pick up the bag and squish the marinade around periodically. I haven't made the potatoes.

    Very tasty. It smelled very good. I grilled it 6 minutes on each side and it turned out to be tender. All the family just loved it. Thanks

    DELICIOUS flank steak!! Second time I made this it was PERFECT! I marinaded the steak in a zip-loc in the fridge for about 6 hours. (I think you could even go as little as 2 or 3 hours, but comparing 2nd time to 1st time, I don't think the 15 minutes as stated in the recipe is long enough. We grilled it on high for 5 minutes each side, let it rest 10 minutes before slicing (Remember: Against the grain!, and it was sooo good - melted in our mouths! I will make this again and again.

    just made the marinade for flank steak. The cut I had turned out a bit chewy, probably just a characteristic of the flank cut, BUT the flavor was excellent!
