awsome everyone loved this. after seeing the time on with this was made it seemed to good to be true, but everyone was amazed. i grilled over apple wood chips and it came out awsome!!! thank you so much for recipe. we are going to make this alot. there was one pronlem, the food ran out FROM IT BEING SO GOOD!!!

this is a great marinade we left for a few hours because we had the time then threw it on the grill. my niece (10 and nephew (8 really chowed down. we didn't have one piece left and we used a 11/2 lb. piece of steak for four people. great job once again rach!

I agree with the other readers, that I was skeptical on how good this was (even though all the reviews are great. The steak was fantastic! (we didn't make the potatoes. really, for such a quick marinade, it was full of flavor. The hot-sauce adds a perfect amount of kick too.

this marinade is soooo yummy. i make it at least twice a month in the summer. i have been craving it so im going to try making it inside tonight. deffinately try it, you'll love it! plus i love that it is a cheaper peice of meat so you can make a fancy meal to impress guests without spending a ton!

I have also cut up a roast into thin slices and used the marinade, and it was also really good. For the hot sauce I used tapitio and couple more cloves of garlic.

I only used the marinade part for my flank steak and it turned out wonderful. We cooked ours a few minutes more just b/c of how we like our steaks cooked. We are definitly having this again!!

The marinade for the flank steak really is delicious. Whatever you do, do NOT add salt in addition to the Montreal steak seasoning, which is already incredibly salty. My mistake.

This is one of my favorite recipes! It's so easy and it gives a great taste to the potatoes. The Marinated flank steak is great as well. I had someone over for dinner and served this and it was a big hit!
