    This is a great meal to have just for a weeknight dinner or even company when you can't figure what else to do! Not a huge amount of ingredients but always good. I usually add some horseradish to the steak marinade to spice it up just a little more. Roasted carrots and a green salad are good sides!

    I have not made the potatoes but have made the flank steak many times and have given the recipe out to everyone who has tried it. The smoked paprika is a great flavor in the marinade. If there are any leftovers I put it on a salad for lunch the next day.

    This is a great recipe. The steak with the potatoes together was so yummy! The flavors went so well together.

    It did take a little bit longer than 30 minutes though... the only downfall.

    Flank steak turns out great in this recipe. I had never used chipotle chili powder before, but it adds such a great smoky spice. A new favorite.
