I am really surprised at all the good reviews this dish received. It was sooo BLAND. I would recommend you try another recipe before wasting your meat on this one.

I used petite cut steaks for this and they turned out wonderful. The gravy was quite good but a little bit bland. However, if you are picky eater than it would be perfect. I like a lot of flavor in my food and would add some horseradish or use wine to make the gravy next time.

Made this for pork loin tonight...very yummy but my cuts were a little too thick and I couldn't get them to cook all the way through in the pan, so I finished them in the oven...but with that gravy? FABULOUS!!!

I loved this recipe. I used it with Pork Chops and it was wonderful. I will try this on other meats as well. My family loved it!

I tried this with pork loin chops. Used dried herbs instead of fresh, but it turned out fantastic. This is one recipe I know I will use again and again.

I made the pork chop version of this recipe (along with the Cheesy Orzo some people talked about and my family LOVED it! My 7-year old, who normally only likes chicken nuggets and mac & cheese, told me "WOW Mom! You should make this every night!"

I have made this twice. Once with skinless, boneless chicken, cooked exactly as on the recipe (except that in the gravy, I added red and green papers to the onions and mushrooms-WONDERFUL! The second time I made it I used chicken thighs, marinated overnight, cooked on the grill. Both came out great. Easy to follow and incredibly tasty. Thanks for the great recipe!

I did this with the pork chops. Delicious, and my husband told me not to lose the recipe. I served it with the Cheesy Orzo (I didn't care for the Orzo, but my husband love itand a salad. All in all a satisfying dish.

I've made ALOT of Rach's recipes and I must say that this one is by far the best one I've made to date.

I made it with some pork loin chops I had. The marinade is awesome and the gravy is beautiful. I will definitely make this again and again and again!

I just made this the other night and wow, was it easy and delicious. The marinade added so much flavor to my pork chops, yet with very few calories. This one was definitely added to my recipe box.
