Very easy, very simple, yet very delicious. Perfect when I have some meat and don't feel like making a big production but still want something yummy!

I loved how easy and quick this was with high impact results. I made it with chicken/no mushrooms, and can't wait to try it with other meats!

Loved it, loved it. It is good in a pinch with ingredients that are usually on hand. It's exactly what it says, basic--but tasty. The gravy turned out great. You can stretch it, just keep additing, a little flour, a little chicken stock. Really easy.

I've made this recipe twice so far & we just love it! One thing I did learn is not to marinate the meat too long, it's very potent. Also, be sure to make it with Rachel's Cheesy Orzo - I was skeptical, but the gravy is phenomenal over it! & it tastes even better leftover! This is a keeper!

I have made this about three times now. It's easy to keep the ingredients on hand and to make last minute because it only needs a short time to marinate. The third time I made it I used beef stock instead of chicken for the gravy and it gave it a whole new tate and variation. My husband loves this every time!

For those of you who said this dish was bland, marinate longer. I marinated for a few hours as I was called in to work. By the time I got around to cooking this it was VERY flavorful. I enjoyed it, but I'm not sure it was to my family's taste. Good recipe though and worth trying.

This was excellent! It had great flavor and it was so easy to prepare. I made it with Pork. The only thing I will do different next time is cook the meat a couple minutes less. It was a little tough.
