First time using buttermilk. It adds a delightful tanginess to the dish. Next time I will add more bacon & chesse than the recipe calls for. Otherwise a grest dish.

I used smoked turkey bacon instead of regular. I also made extra (anticipating that they would be great to put on shepard's pie tomorrow night.

    This is a keeper!

I made these along with the Buffalo Sloppy Joes and they were excellent. The whole menu was the best! Have leftover joes and mashed using to make a shepards pie. Easy and delish!!!

This is so easy, guiltless, and very tasty. I served this dish with filet and steamed carrots.

I made these, and although I think it took me longer than 30 minutes, they were very tasty. I didn't have buttermilk, so used sour cream instead. I was really impressed.

Had to borrow Rachael's words, because these really are very tasty. I made them for a lunch for my parents, and they loved them. They really do taste like potato skins.. mashed. And very easy to make too. Great recipe!

I made these potatos tonight and everyone loved them. My husband and 7 year old son had seconds. The buttermilk was new to us, but gave the potatos a nice tangy flavor. Will make again! Great recipe!
