    So good! Tastes just like the potato skins appetizers you order. I forgot to grab buttermilk so I used sour cream instead. Tasted WONDERFUL!!!!!!

    We loved this recipe. The buttermilk gives it a nice tangy flavor. We substituted with turkey bacon to cut down on the fat and it worked well. We'll definitely make this again.
