This was a great dish. I didn't have the peppers or scallions, but I can only imagine what the dish would have been like with them.

I used leftover smoked brisket in this recipe and mixed red and russet spuds and it was an absolute hit.

This is one of our favorite "go to" meals. We found this dish to be even better the next day, so I will usually make the steak and pepper part a day ahead then refrigerate it so the flavors can meld together. This is an incredibly delicious yet easy dish!

My husband and I thought this was fantastic. Easy to make and so delicious. Great combination of flavors. I liked that she used Poblano peppers instead of green peppers, it added a little spice. Also, the lime added a refreshing flavor. My husband said after dinner NOT to lose this recipe because he wants me to make it again and again.

This recipe was fun to make and absolutely delicious. It had a bit of spice to it from the poblano peppers. Would be wonderful on a cold winter night.

I have 4 kids and got a great meal mom from all 4. That speaks mountains for me about how good this meal tasted. I almost never get all 4 kids happy at the same time. Best of all it was easy to make. Thanks for the great meal Rachael! I love to use your recipes.
