    Not only was this recipe easy to prepare, the flavor was great! Very, very good on top of the mashed super skins but we found it also excellent wrapped in a tortilla with cheddar cheese and sour cream....better than fajitas in a restaurant!! I will definitely make this again and again!

    This dish is so easy to make and it tastes wonderful. I don't eat beef so I replace the steak with turkey tenderloin strips and it works great!

    I was very pleased with this receipe !!

    I used a poblano pepper and it was just the right kick .

    I will make it again soon because my Husband loved it also !!!

    The "smashed" potatoes were fabulous. I thought the meat mixture needed a sauce. I added some red wine, and next time I'll add mushrooms and some stock to make some "jus." My family gave it two thumbs up!

    I have made the Mashed Super Skins afterwatching the episode. They were so fast to make and easy to boot. I did not make the Steak and Pepper Hash since i tried the Buffalo chicken salad. But the taters were great. Pretty good Pub-Grub.
