My husband loves this recipe! It is quick and easy and can be adapted with what you have on hand, i.e. bell peppers are just as tasty as cubanelle and any bread works great. Really looks good on the plate and tastes delicious. A keeper.

This was fantastic! We made this along with the mac n cheese from this episode, and both were great. I loved the addition of EVOO to this dish. You could taste it throughout the cooked loaf. Yummy, yummy!

I have to admit I didn't make the sauce, just the meatloaves. I'm frustrated by recipes that say "salt and pepper to taste" and they involve raw meat/eggs. How am I supposed to taste it (short of making a test patty? I'll stick with Paula Deen's recipe for old-fashioned meatloaf, it is truly incredible.

Followed the recipe but thought the sauce ended up a little bland. So I added some red pepper flakes, another tablespoon of worcestershire sauce and one tablespoon of vinegar. That gave the sauce some zip and almost a BBQ flavor. I've shared this recipe with some friends and will make it again.

Not difficult, it helps if your veggies are all chopped and ready to go. We really enjoyed the sauce - did it w/chicken broth because we used ground turkey. We'll definitely do this again!
