This was soooo good! I used turkey and used mozzarella and feta cheese because that was what I had. It was sooo good! I would make this again! I guess lots of people LOVED this recipe too!

I replace the red meats for turkey and used thyme because I didn't have any sage -- it was the best recipe ever! I?ve never tried Rachel?s recipes before but now, I can?t wait to try everything that she has made!

This recipe was such a cinch. I actually made it even easier by using dried onion and parsley instead of chopping it fresh. This is a great meal for a busy night.

this is one of our most favorite dinners! I even made this for my in-laws when we were visiting and everyone was VERY impressed. Looks like alot of hard work - but actually, it's not bad at all.

I rate this dish as great. It tasted really good and it was very versatile. I was able to use the rest of the meatballs for a pasta dish on the following day.
Makes great alternative for parties too.

Wow! These meatballs were really good! The only changes I made were to replace the fresh parsley with about 4 teaspoons of dried parsley, replace the garlic with a couple teaspoons of garlic powder, and add a little salt to the meat mixture. Also, I didn't make the sauce, instead I used a jar of Emeril's Home-Style Marinara Sauce No more fast food meatball subs for me! I'm proudly going homemade from now on!

We thought these subs were great. They were flavorful, but the servings suggested by Rachael were a bit much. We had only the subs (no fries as suggested and were stuffed.

wonderful, easy week-day meal. I think it took me all of 10 minutes to prepare, and then 12 minutes to cook! I used deli provolone to melt over the top.

I use bottled sauce for this sandwich to cut down on time and steps. We love these meatballs and it's the recipe that I use for serving over pasta, too.
