    I love the kick in this recipe nice change of pace. My 3 year old loved it as will with extra ketchup of course.

    I have always been a meatloaf lover, the way my Mom always made it. My husband on the other hand NEVER liked any meatloaf until I made these, he eats at least 6 of them! I make this recipe at least twice a month! It's a real comfort food, and it is so YUMMY! Thansk Rachel!

    I can't say enough. My 4 yr old & I just made these and they are delicious! Very easy to make and great taste. As Rachael says "Yummo!!!"

    I liked the idea of individual portions so I could freeze the leftovers. However, I could do that with my own recipe. I felt that 2 TBS of grill seasoning was too much. Also, 1 cup of bread crumbs seemed a lot. If I make it again I will modify the recipe quite a bit now that I have tried it as is.

    I made this awesome dish yesterday and mam oh man my fam. love it! I never watched rachel ray only her about her but , she sure does make it look easy and it is. I left the cleaning to my husband!
