    I have made this recipe for my family, my parents and my in-laws. Everyone always raves about how good it is. Even my picky kids. It's easy to put together and very tasty.

    I have been cooking this meal for over 2 years now and obviously it is part of the regular rotation, especially in the winter. I'm making it tonight in fact and had to re-print the recipe because it was so splotched with stains and splashes. It's great for leftovers or a meatloaf sandwich. I'll have to try the idea from one of the reviewers who doesn't make the gravy but finishes it with a glaze made from catsup, worcestershire sauce, and brown sugar in the oven. Great idea!

    This is in permanant rotation at our house! We love it because it is so tasty, easy and comforting. It has everything you want in a meatloaf dinner...the gravy is shockingly good. I never thought I could make quick sauces until rachael taught me how! Make this meal!

    Very easy but also very basic. Anyone can make these. My 5 year old niece helped me and she loved it! She thought it was great that she had her own little meatloaf. She ate the whole thing.

    SHE'S JUST THE QUEEN OF GOOD RECIPIES...AND EASY ONES TOO! THIS RECIPIE WAS FANTASTIC AND A GREAT HIT WITH MY 4 KIDS. THANKS RACHEL FOR KEEPING IT SIMPLE AND FUN!
