This dish was ok, nothing new other than we got individual patties. I'll make it again for fall winter meals.

My husband LOVES meat loaf, so I was on a mission to find the best recipe. A friend gave this to me (I didn't even know it was from Rachael at the time! and said it is guaranteed to give you a second honeymoon. Well, she was right. And even though I cook great meals for us regularly, my normally even-keeled husband literally stood at the table and applauded!

The gravy is absolutely essential...SOOOooo great over the patties and drenched over the smashed potatoes! I like to serve it with sweet corn, when in season, or asparagus, when it's on sale.

VERY GOOD. SO MUCH FASTER THAN MAKING IT IN THE OVEN. 5 STARS! THANK YOU RACHAEL FOR MAKING GREAT, QUICK MEALS. IAM DISABLIED AND IT IS HARD FOR ME TO COOK, BUT YOU MAKE IT SO MUCH EASIER.

I always thought of meatloaf as one of those things you cook when you can't think of anything else to cook. But now, my family actually asks for meatloaf patties.

The best meatloaf ever. Cook over medium low heat and you should not have any problem with burning the patties. Be careful to not turn too quickly as patties tend to fall apart. The gravy was excellent and so easy.
