My husband and I love making the Meatloaf patties. I have never made the carrots but that was because I did not need to.

The gravy is awsome, however I recommend not using anything other then A1. We tried a store brand steak sauce and it was not as good.

We love this! Even my very picky daughter will eat it. This is my husbands favorite, and it's very easy to prepare.

Wonderful job. This recipe was so good. The family enjoyed it. I have made it twice and both times the family enjoyed every single bite. Leftovers, of course not. Thank you Rachel Ray!!

I am basing my rating on the meatloaf patties and gravy. I made regular mashed potatoes with this so I can't comment on the potatoes. I used Montreal Steak seasoning as the grill seasoning and it ended up being way too peppery. I will use half as much next time. We didn't care for the mustard in the gravy. Next time we will leave that out. Otherwise, a very tasty meal.

While getting ready to make meatloaf I realized my oven was on the fritz so a little worried I reach out for this recipe expecting my family to turn their noses to this meatloaf. My own meatloaf being the family?s favorite? Well I?ll be darn! We all loved it~ It is so easy I make it once a week! I recommend you try it once, add a little of your own and you too will have a new favorite meal.

Tried this last night and it was terrific! Won't have to use the potato recipe again --- easy and delicious.

I love making this for friends and family. I am not a great cook, so it's wonderful to be able to pull off a successful meal. However, it does take me significantly longer than 30 minutes to make.
