I would give this zero stars if I could. They are awful in every way imaginable.

I made this for company on a hot day and everyone loved them. I patted the cucumber dry before adding it to the sauce and it wasnt too watery (other users complained about it being watery ... I added some feta cheese and it was fab. nice light and refreshing. YUM

Great flavors. The sauce was a little thin for me so I added more Greek yogurt and a little Chipolte Powder. Delicious!

This was the first Rachel Ray that I have ever tried - after hearing so much about her. I went for the fish tacos because I love fish and I do prefer to prepare healthy recipes.

These fish tacos were great. The sauce it even smelled great before I put it on the tacos!

The flavor of the fish and sauce was good, but I felt something was missing. I'm thinking I'll make it again but add feta cheese. My husband really liked it and it certainly is fresh and easy, but I think the feta will add a bit of salty flavor.

The sauce tends to be too watery for the Tacos. But as a red pepper, yoghurt and cucumber soup it was pretty delicious. A good substitute gazpatcho

These were very good. The Sauce should not be a problem, leave out the Cumin and the Red Peppers, Real sauce is Greek Yogurt, GRATED Cucumber, patted very dry, Grated Onion, also patted very dry and some fresh Garlic. Neve heard of putting Cumin or Red Peppers in it, and I am Greek !

This was a very good fish taco. It was easy to make and the smell of all the herbs and lime juice. I used limes instead of lemons. If you nuke the limes for 25 sec you will get all the juice out of them and they are easier to zest. It all looks so yummy! Everyone thought they were really good.
The sauce needs to be reduced by half it is way way to much. I used only one pepper and it was yellow and it turned out as good or better than a red one. I also used one mini english cucumber to reduce the liquid. The sauce was a nice consistency.
Next time I will use Greek flat bread instead of the flour tortilla.
We will be making these again and again all summer.
