I have made this serveral times. Everyone has loved it. Last time I made it I used vanilla ice cream with chocolate covered peanuts. It was just a nice amount of chocolate. Must TRY!

Served at a Fiesta themed engagement party and everyone loved it. Used a light hand with the spices because you want to please everyone when feeding a crowd. I'm hungry for it right now!

I hosted a Mexican inspired dinner party for guests ages 4 to 64 and everyone LOVED this dessert. The sauce has quite a kick so I left it off the kids ice cream. I also used Fat Free Vanilla Ice Cream rather than Dulce Leche. To save time I made the tortillas the day before.

Easy and tastes like something you would get at a really nice, expensive restaurant.
    Great dessert to impress guests.

WOW!!! I served these at a dinner party after we had mexican food...and they were a huge HIT!! I cut back on the spices and they were still hot, so be careful...

Simple and delicious. What more can you ask for? Makes a very nice presentation cutting the tortillas into triangles. We used "triple talent" chocolate yogurt from Edy's and drizzled with caramel. Yum!
