The only bad thing about this recipe is that there is NEVER leftovers for lunch!!!! It's always destroyed by guests because it's so tasty. I'm a fan of "1 pot dinners" and this was great. Lots of flavor in every bite. Maybe I'll do more layers next time so there's leftovers for me :

VERY good!! I changed it up a little though, I used hamburger in place of chicken & red/green bell peppers in place of corn. The recipe is quite amazing & easy!!! :

Love this recipe for an easy weeknight meal that tastes great and my family loves it. Freezes well for leftovers, too.

Yummy and so simple. I used ground turkey, flour tortillas, fire roasted tomatoes, and added a little hot sauce. Omitted the green onions. Had beans and mexican rice with it. Next time will cut recipe in half.

Followed all the measuments, but changed a few ingredients.
Did ground turkey, pinto beans, canned corn, flour tortillas (my store had no spinach tortillas or ground chickenand sante fe corn/bean salsa. No green onions either.
Did deep dish and used 4 layers. The only thing that I did not have in the house was the turkey. Can I give this more than 5 stars. Easy, delicious and very inexpensive.

i made this for a dinner party and it was a hit. I used the can of tomatoes and half a jar of taco sauce. I also used a full bag if both cheeses.

This recipe was just ok for me. It was flavorful but just didn't hit the spot. i used corn tortillas. sharp cheddar and pepper jack cheese. and la victoria hot salsa and added a jalapeno. i may make this again. i will definitely use more cheese.

Will be making again. Used our own twists in cooking: used whole chicken thighs stewed in chicken broth with seasonings & onion; drained most of liquid off & shredded chicken; then combined a large can of hominy rather than corn, one small can rotel and half can crushed tomatoes, 2 fresh jalapenos, and beans for filling. Also used regular tortilla shells. Delish!

This was so easy and tasted wonderful. (Pesronal note: Next time, I think I may pass on the spinish tortillas and use regular ones though. This will be put on our regular rotation.
