I sub'ed the chicken for lean ground beef and omitted the beans because my BF would not eat them. I also added chili peppers because I had some on hand, overall came out really good. Will definitely make again.

Ugh, not good. I did not make any modifications to this recipe and it was dry, bland, and fell apart. Yes, it was quick and easy and had all food groups represented (my kind of meal but I was hugely disappointed. Will not make this again.

I really liked this recipe - what I did was use two pie plates and divided the recipe accordingly. I left the tortillas whole and used four per pie plate. It held together really well and was easy to cut. I added fresh garlic to the meat mixture and topped the lasagna with lots of cheese, black olives, green onions and diced Roma tomatoes. I'll be making this again!

This was very easy to make and very yummy! Everyone in my family loved it! I used fat free ground turkey, stewed tomatoes (Italian flavor since that's all I had. I had only cream style corn, so I drained and rinsed it. I used some regular flour tortilla and low carb garlic wrap. I think the regular tortilla rated better. They were soft and very tasty after being cooked. I didn't use as many tortillas as the recipe called for. I'd definitely use more tortillas the next time!

So easy and wonderful. Whole family devours this. I cooked the mixture for a little while to reduce and concentrate the flavors a bit. The result was a very deep red colored sauce. Glad I did that & my family said they liked this last one better. I also drizzled a little olive oil over the top before baking. One of my favs!!

Very tasty and filling recipe. I made the recipe exactly as stated (with medium taco sauce versus the canned tomatoes. We offered black olives, fresh avocado, sour cream, fresh tomatoes, and hot sauce on the side as additional garnishes. Simple and quick. I would make this dish again!

Like another person below I wanted to fancy this up because it seemed too easy and basic. I resisted and made it as written. Glad I did! This was super easy and was a hit for the whole family. Adding this one to my recipe box.

Okay... I thought that this recipe sounded a bit pedestrian so I figured I'd glam it up a bit by using specialty corn tortillas, fire roasted tomatoes, and free range chicken breast run through my home grinder. What I realized afterwards, is that there's no reason to glam this recipe up. It's so simple, and it just tastes great with no effort. Using available and inexpensive ingredients, you'll have dinner with 15 minutes of prep, that everyone will love. The only adjustment I made that I think added 'some' value was 2 pinches of sugar in the meat/bean mixture - a personal taste preference. And, serve with sour cream !!!

This is excellent!!! I made a few changes .. I added some extra monetary jack cheese, added some cayenne pepper and used jalapeño cheddar tortillas instead of spinach. I didn't have a red onion, so I used a small yellow. I served it with sour cream and chips. It's very filling! My picky eater said it was a "fix again" ... And I will!
