This was so delicious! I used regular flour tortillas and seasoned the ground chicken with adobo, pepper flakes, salt and pepper instead, I used that triple cheddar with a touch of cream cheese and served it with some sour cream... Out of this world and in only 30 minutes

In case you didnt notice the first 850 reviews.... this is awesome!! I halved everthing because there are only two of us. I bought round Jalapenio wraps instead of the spanach tortillas and used a round stonewear pie dish to bake it. My fiance said this was one of my top 5 dinners! As others said... heat could have been added. We topped ours with green Tobassco

My 15 yr old son found this recipe b/c he wanted to cook something. Turned out great! Had leftovers the next day - even better. Definitely worth cooking again. I also think a little heat added would be good also...maybe some cayenne and red pepper flakes.

Yummy very easy to make.Tastes even better the next day. Serving size says for 4 but it really should be for 12. I used medium fresh salsa for tomatoe base and added about 1/2 CIO water because it seemed kind of dry this also helped distribute the spices more equally. I will make this again

Loved it. Used ground turkey, and some of the taco bell taco seasonings instead of the cumin and chili powder, and some salsa. turned out great.

This was SO yummy!! I didn't have ground chicken, but I had some canned cooked chicken breast... I know, right? Doesn't sound very good lol but this was the perfect way to use it. And actually, I will probably always use the canned chicken because it made it even easier, and I love shredded chicken in Mexican dishes. Anyway, this was awesome and I'll be making it all the time.
