OMG!!! INCREDIBLE! I used Jennie-O ground turkey, but other than that, I followed the recipe (okay, so I added more cheese. But it turned out beyond perfect and delicious. The entire family was soooo happy!

Easy and flavorful I did a couple of changes and used chicken breasts instead of ground, salsa and added chopped jalepenos.

This was really, really good !!! I used home-made hot salsa. On the last layer of the flour tortilla, I spread some olive oil and then topped it with cheese. That made it have a crunchy top. :

I like watching Rachael but I usually don't try to many of her recipes because it always takes me WAY longer than 30 minutes to cook her recipes (I'm not a very good cook and I'm horrible with prep (chopping, mincing etc but I had this one started and finished in right about 30 mins, which included a lot of time staring at the pot waiting for the meat to brown, lol. This dish came out amazing and got rave reviews from my very picky 8 year old daughter! She said it looks gross but tastes really good. Definitely deserves a five star review!
