    This meal is so easy to make and a real crowd pleaser. Everyone that has tried it, loves it. I've also used ground turkey when I didn't have chicken and it came out just as great! This recipe makes lots of portions that would be great to freeze. I've just never been able to freeze it because it all gets eaten!

    I love this recipe! I have made it twice now and the second time I used corn tortillas instead of flour tortillas and it was even better to me. My boyfriend loved it so much that he asked me for the recipe so he could make it for the fire fighters he works with. That says a lot for this recipe!

    This recipe is very easy and is absolutely delicous. My husband is a beef lover so I subsituted beef for the chicken and he loved it!!

    My friend and I tried this one night, and we were both very impressed! We really made it in under 30 minutes, and it was great as leftovers the next day. We made some guacamole to top the lasagna...that was a nice addition. Thanks Rachael!

    I finally made this dish and it is delicious! I did add more cheese (extra sharp cheddar along with Spicy Pepper Jack Cheese but other than that, I didn't (and wouldn't! change a thing. I could eat the entire dish by myself....it's that gooood! Thanks Rachel Ray!
