We really enjoyed this dish! It was such a fresh way of cooking for me. I'm not used to cooking with different spices and the combination of them was GREAT! Each bite had a new flavor, and all of them were terrific together!
We will be having this again! Thank you for this recipe, and thanks mom for sending it to me!! I love you!

I think one box of cornbread mix would be plenty...especially if you use a 10-inch skillet. Using two boxes required additional cooking time and really not needed (in my opinion. But we loved the recipe...really great flavor, even without jalapenos and olives!

Overall, this tasted delicious and my husband enjoyed it too. However, I cooked this in a 10" skillet and it was just a bit small and the cornbread took 30+ min to finish cooking. Next time I will cook in a 12" skillet or use just one box of Jiffy mix.

This was the best pizza I've ever had. It was a quick and easy well nourished meal to fix. You can be created with it as well. Deeeeeeeeeeeelicious!

I thought this recipe was very good and easy but I have one suggestion that I think would make it a little better. The cornbread was a little thick and it seemed to overtake the rest of the ingredients, especially the meat.. Next time I think I will only use one box of cornbread...I know, I know, it is a deep dish pizza but the ratio of cornbread to meat was just a little off! But I really enjoyed it and look forward to making it again. Thanks again Rachel for another winner! You are my lifesaver!

Everyone could not get over how moist the cornbread was. And how all the ingredients seemed to blend well together. And I even forgot the jalapenos. They can't wait to have it again with them. Thank You very much.

My husband loved it! Had some guest over for dessert after dinner and they all wondered what smelled so good.

I found this dish to be simple to prepare and resulted in a yummy dinner. I ran into just a few problems, nothing huge. This was my first Rachael Ray recipe so I tried to make it like she does on the show - I ended up making a mess in the kitchen and scurrying around to try and get everything chopped in time. That's my own fault - if I make this recipe again, I'll be sure to pre-chop so I'm not as hurried. I also had to bake the corn bread for more than 12-15 minutes, closer to 25 minutes until it was set. Overall I enjoyed the meal very much. My husband thought it was just okay, maybe 3 stars from him. I just finished having some leftover for lunch - yum. I imagine this would be a real hit with kids too.

I am not the worlds best cook but after making this last night my kids sure thought so. Racheal Ray is a favorite with me and my six year old daughter. She was very impressed that mommy made this off the show. Very easy and inexpensive. A+ all around: Way to go Racheal!
