    The stuffing was great, but the tomato itself was a bit too much tomato for someone who doesn't really like tomatoes.

    I loved this recipe. And very easy! I made it with red tomatoes, since I couldn't find yellow ones and it was excellent. Will definitely try this one again.

    The lemon juice added just the right amount of zip and it tasted great soaked into the bread crumbs. yummm. Very fresh and delicious. I'm used to stuffed tomatoes being cooked so this was a nice fresh change.
