Definitely doesn't need as much seasoning as listed. Otherwise, an interesting side dish/appetizer. I most likely would not make it again unless I happened to have zucchini that I needed to get rid of or something.

I make these at least once a week. I cook them a little longer than the recipe indicates, until they are golden brown. I can eat 5 zucchini's myself. So delicious. This is staple in my house.

I liked these zucchini fries. It was easy and tasty. And a nice twist on making zuchinni.
I keep looking for new ways to make zucchini and so far my favorite ways are Paula Dean's amazing Zucchini Bread and Ina Garten's Zucchini pancakes!

Good idea, but the grill seasoning wasn't needed. Just using the other seasonings would have sufficed. The grill seasoning made it too strong.

I thought this was a good recipe. I sliced the zucchini much thinner and did a yellow squash too. We used cajun seasoning. Even our little one who is very picky liked them (without the cajun.

Limp, even soggy. These things were terrible, like biting into a bowl of soggy green stuff with spices/herbs on them. Yuck.

Rachael has said before, "You are learning the method." This is one of those recipes. Great idea, great flavors, wrong vegetable. The zucchini just doesn't work for this preparation. I sweated the raw zucchini with salt as suggested by a reviewer, which probably helped, but after baking them for the allotted time in the 500 degree oven, they were limp. I tried to broil them in an attempt to crisp them up, but that didn't really make a difference. We still ate them because of the delicious flavor of the spices, but next time, we will substitute potatoes, sweet potatoes, or any vegetable with a lower water content than zucchini. Thanks for the great idea though!!!

When I did them, they kind of turned out a little slimy and the flavor was ok, but definitely not a keeper.

A very tasty choice that everyone can enjoy, even if you're not dieting!! Easy to make, relatively no clean up!!
