Great recipe- just don't expect them to take like potatoes. For easy clean up, line cookie sheet with foil.

I thought the flavor was good, however maybe I cut the zucchini too thin b/c they ended up being soggy not crispy.

I also had trouble with the zucchini not crisping up very well. In order to get it to crisp up much, I had to really increase the baking time.

These came out very flavorful, but notihing like a french fry supstitute. Mine came out very soggy and not crisp at all. No way I could have picked them up and dipped them.

My family really enjoyed this dish. Though I made the mistake the first time of peeling the zucchini and slicing them too thin. The second time they were great!

I only used 1/2 tsp. of the dry ingredients recommended and they came out just fine.
