So very easy to make and the flavors are wonderful. Moist, delicious, and satisfying. It is definitely a keeper. I would make this for company.

Our church group studying the Koran had an ethnic dinner for the last session and everyone loved this. I added a little cayenne pepper and cut back on the lemon juice (from other reviews and it was super.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was a bomb. Sorry Rachel. I probably messed it up but I know I won't be making this again.

I just cooked this dish and it was wonderful. I added more spice than the recipe called for. The aroma filled the house!! Next time I am going to try Pistachios instead of Pine Nuts!!

This recipe was super easy and really delicious. It was such a comfort kind of meal....Great at the end of a long day. Tasted like one of those dishes that took hours to prepare....but it only took a half hour from chopping to plate.

It was good and had great flavor, but it just felt like it was missing something.

I have made this dish several times. I enjoy making it because I typically have all of the ingredients on hand. The dish tastes okay. I have experimented with new things each time I make it because I feel that it is missing something, but so far I haven't made it any better. I think that adding the dried fruit really helps the dish though, without that I probably would not have made this so many times.

Excellent if you substitute lamb for chicken, savor with much more spices, cut down on the broth with the meat and follow the instructions on the couscous packaging instead of Rachael's ...

We really enjoyed this recipe! It has so many unique and tasty flavors to it. And in Rachel fashion - only 30 minutes! Love it!!

I really loved this whole recipe. I enjoyed making it, and it tasted excellent, and it also re-heated well.
    Thanks RR
