    This was so easy. I saw the show on January 13 and made it from memory a few hours later. It was EASY and so flavorful and fragrant. I will make this again and again!

    Two words: LOVED IT!!! I eat chicken constantly and am always looking for a new spin. Wow - this is it! I used golden raisins and cherries but a little less onion/ garlic for my husband's palate. The spice blend and lemon juice at the end was pure genius! I eye-balled the oil; it was fine. I'd stay with chicken thighs (excess fat trimmed off. They add a ton of inexpensive flavor.

    This recipe called for too much oil to begin with. The chicken was drowning in it. My family was thumbs down on this one.
