My family LOVED this. My six year old son said "I can't resist the taste of it!".

This salad tasted way too meaty and not healthy. I made this for my kids and they did LOVE salad & cheeseburgers, just not combined in a sloppy matter.

The mini cheeseburgers were great but I would have prefered a milder cheese. I loved the vinaigrette but will use less chives next time. Over all I liked the salad very much and will prepare it and eat it again.

I added leftover sweet corn to the salad for extra color. It was a nice sweet surprise with the other salty flavors.

I like the concept and it made alot (enough for two nights worth. The dressing was too mustardy and vinegar tasting though. I can imagine that this would be a great recipe for kids to eat.

This is a great idea to scale down the amount of meat and cheese consumed. Instead of eating one (or two full-size cheeseburgers and french fries, we get a healthy salad with that good cheeseburger taste. It is a very versatile recipe as you can change it up however you want to, as many people already mentioned.

It was a nice change of pace for hamburger meat. I took the leftovers to work the next day.

the dressing is very mustardy.. and if you dont like vinagrettes in general you may not like it. It's also very strong.. a little goes a long way. I serve it on the side so its not overpowering. Its not the kind of dressing youd wanna eat everyday, but I personally like the mustard with the burgers.(my son put ketchup on his.. lol

Yum I cant wait to have this again soon :

Excellent! I'm not much of a yellow mustard person but it was very good. A little strong I may use less mustard next time I make it.
