    These were a hit at a dinner party and not much trouble to make. I thought the mango sauce was a little too sweet, though. Next time I will add jalapenos to cut the sweetness. Being from Texas I will add more spices to the chicken mixture as well. I think the "cigars" would freeze well before baking and intend to try it.

    I haven't tried or seen this episode yet. But I have a feeling it will be great! To the other person who left feedback, I am pretty sure it is uncooked ground chicken. And I am sure turkey will work good also. I hope we both have good luck with this recipe!!!

    I did not see the episode on TV, but I want to make this recipe for a party soon. Questions:
    1. Is the ground chicken raw or cooked when you put it in the phyllo dough?
    2. Can you use ground turkey? The grocery stores in Atlanta thought I was nuts when I asked for ground chicken, they have never heard of it!!!
