My boyfriend LOVED this soup. I told him it was also called Italian Wedding Soup and he said he wanted to marry me now. We try to eat turkey as much as possible for health reasons so I tried it with the a mix of ground turkey and ground beef. It was AWESOME. I only added half of the spinach and that was a bad call. Use the full amount. It cooks down a LOT.

This is a great soup. I used a melon baller to make the mini meatballs. I took this to a club meeting in a crockpot. It was gone in no time!

IT TOOK OVER 30 MINUTES TO PREPARE THIS MEAL, ALMOST AN HOUR.THERE DEFINITELY WAS NOT ENOUGH BROTH IN IT. AFTER THREE BOWLS OF SOUP IT WAS MAINLY PASTA LEFT IN THE BOWL.THIS ONE WILL NOT MAKE IT INTO OUR FAMILY ROTATION.

If you want something simple and real quick to make, try this! Everyone loved it. Instead of making my meatballs, I used frozen meatballs and dropped them in with the pasta and it turned out great! Will make again!

What a great, quick and easy soup recipe. I can't believe the review that said this was difficult to make. They must usually use canned soup. Anyway, the flavor is delicious and made my entire family happy. Thank you for a fast and wonderfully flavored soup.

This is by far my family's favorite meal. It sticks to the ribs on a cold night. The flavors are delicious!

This was a wonderful tasting soup. The only alteration I will be making is to add a little more water or stock, as there wasn't quite enough for my taste. This will easily feed 4 hungry adults, so I would cut the recipe in half if making for less. The pasta soaked a lot of the broth up and swelled, so I don't know if it will be great as a left-over. Overall though I loved this soup!

I've now made this soup 3 or 4 times and I've modified it by using ground turkey for the meat and southern greens in place of the spinach. Yum-o!
