Thanks for this easy and yummy cookie recipe! Brought these to a Xmas cookie exchange and they were a hit! I added some cherry flavored chips(to symbolize the Grinch's heart and called them "Grinch cookies."

I'm older and didn't make the complete recipe but I now I add the mint extract to the cookies. What a refreshing surprise. Adding the icecream just has to be a hit.

i've been making choc chip cookies from scratch for years. this time i juzzed it up with rachel's extract and food coloring. it's so simple, but tastes fantastic. a nice change and just a subtle hint of flavor, not overpowering. just something to make you go hmmmmmmmm.

It was very simple to make. I loved them. I didn't add the food coloring but if I was doing chocolate chip cookies next to them then I would. So there wouldn't be any confusion of which is which. But they were excellent!

Very Good. It was very festive and I was surprised at how much the mint did for the cookies. It was simple and tasty.

These cookies were delicious!! The recipe is so simple; I can't figure out how I didn't think of it! They're even better paired with the mint chocolate chip ice cream. I plan on making these again on Christmas Eve. If you're a fan of mint chocolate chip, you can't go wrong with these cookies!
