I love, love, love this recipe! 1st time I made it, was a big hit with the family, however, I omit the olives and peppers and put it on croissants instead of biscuits. Salt is not an issue, as I taste and adjust as I go. : Enjoy!

This recipe wasn't a hit when I made it. While those sandwiches looked pretty appetizing, unfortunately it ended up as the "throw-away" dish. Not a keeper for me. Oh well!

Quite good. Do not add salt until the end due to the fact that you are using ham. I would make this again.

Everyone says 'too salty!' Use common sense people. Rinse your olives, and use good quality ham that isn't brined for years to preserve it. I added capers (rinsed and it needed salt and pepper. I also left the seeds in the jalapeño to add spice. Otherwise, it's just a green pepper.

Tasty, but I substituted a banana pepper for the jalepeno and didn't add the olives.

I had ham leftover from an hors d'ouvre that I had prepared. I made this ham salad with it and it was the hit of my get together. We don't eat a lot of ham but I will be making this again the next time that we do. To those who say it's too salty. You have to taste it before you salt. The recipe says to taste.

This ham salad is very very good!!! The only thing that I omitted was the salt all together. I added some fresh ground pepper and with the mustard, that was enough. My fiancee who's very picky even had 4 sandwiches of this salad, then went back for more later on. This was very easy and quick to make, I would recommend it for a quick lunch.

Too salty and a waste of really good left over ham. I'd use sweet pickle relish next time, cut way back or omit the mustard and use fewer olives. First Rachael Ray recipe I've made that was a disappointment.

All the ingredients taste good together, and the recipe couldn't be easier. TALK ABOUT YUM!
