    Unusual taste but not bad. it tastes very much like the drink, not something you would eat a lot of.

    This was a very unusual take on sweet potatoes. My family doesn't like them overly sweet, so this was perfect! I cut back a little on the lime juice and it was perfect. Savory, yet sweet. Won't wait for Thanksgiving to make this again!

    My boyfriend made this one night, and I have to say it was disgusting. It made me want to puke. And, btw, he's a great cook. This was an absolutely horrendous combination of ingredients!

    The potatoes turned out great, but I think I prefer my sweet potatoes to be more sweet than savory. The potatoes were a great side item, though, in my Cuban meal!

    I like a mojito and i like mashed potatoes but the 2 together was a little hard to get used to. may give it a try again 1 more time to decide for sure

    These potatoes were delicious!!! Even my kids ate them. The mojito sauce is awesome.

    Not the best, but not the worst either. I added more lime juice, a little orange juice, and Splenda. It is quick and easy.

    For someone used to eatting sweetpotatoes - this was not sweet.

    But easy to salvage for your own individual taste buds.

    Why ruin the flavor of sweet potatoes this way? This recipe was way overdone.
