    As a child my Grammy served the best food. We were always so happy after eating her yummy meals. now I know the secret ingredient.

    I served this dish up with whole wheat couscous instead, and it wasn't bad. The potatoes were also good with cuban style black beans.

    We liked this dish. It's not something I would have come up with on my own but it does work. I served it to guests and they thought it was delicious.
