    I didnt have any capicola, so I just used the pepperoni and salami. I also used a prepared italian dressing that has herbs in it instead of the olive oil, herb, sesame seed blend because I had it on hand. Its spicy and delicious! I made the dipping sauce, and its great and easy even without the anchovy paste - but I am going to get some for next time! Highly recommend for a quick snack/sandwhich!

    This dish is very tasty and so simple to make, I even added a little extra mozzarella cheese-YUM!
