Just too much of everything. I used ground turkey and what I ended up with were way over-spiced loaves of some kind of ground something. There was no turkey flavor as the mix and mass of spices overwhelmed this dish. It didn't taste bad but was not worth the time and effort to make it again. It's just not something I would care to taste again.

Very interesting flavor. I used ground turkey since that was all I had. It was quick, easy, and flavorful. What was best about it was that it was "light." This was the first time I used parchment paper with meatloaf - absolutely the way to go! Will make recipe again.

A unique twist on meatloaf. My husband loves country cooking, while I like healthier options. This was a great compromise, so I'll be making it again. If you like each bite to have gravy, double the gravy ingredients. I used lamb and less mint than called for.

Really delicious variation on meatloaf. Even my picky daughter loved it and she usually only enjoys food she can cover in Ranch dressing.

What a refreshing, bright taste treat. Healthy goodness. Made twice and a hit both times.

We used chicken. The recipe has an error in the ingredients list vs detailed mixing instructions for the couscous. (1 cup in list, 1 1/2 cups. instructions Additionally, the loaf is baked at 325 which seems to cause and loss of juices. We will try 350 or 375 on next batch. The meal is very tasty and we really enjoyed the sauce.
