    Spicy and Sweet

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
This was really a great lamb chop recipe WITH THE SAUCE FROM THE SHOW (which is not shown in the recipe). After cooking the... chops, add one and a half cups chicken stock and one cup chopped dates. Cook the sauce in the pan until reduced and then pour over the chops. This will give you a spicy and sweet delight that is out od f this world!Read more

Even though these are Moroccan, my Turkish husband smiled all night. Medium rare is the way to go with the lamb chops. My... daughter loved them too.Read more

    good spices

Rated: 4 stars out of 5
Not a lamb chop lover myself, I needed a recipe to cut down the 'gamey' taste of lamb and this one did it. We do not like a... lot of pink, so I cooked these almost to well done. One suggestion though: I would put the oil in the pan, not on the chops. The chops w/dry rub on top of them in a pan w/o oil in it elimated any sizzle...so I added oil b/c of that. Also, I added some broth to pan b/4 serving so as to deglaze pan and have a spicey gravy to spoon over the chops for added moistness and flavor.Read more

    A New Take on Lamb

Rated: 5 stars out of 5
My family loved this lamb dish. The sauce was wonderful. When I saw Rachael prepare this on Food 911, she had 2 additions... to it. After it was completely cooked, she added 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup of dates. She then simmered this down. The sauce ended up spicy, yet sweet and it was wonderful!Read more
