Delicious and easy to make. Even though I did leave out the turmeric and garlic salt but had everything else and added some five spice and some old bay for poultry and meats and turned
so magnificent that it was my first time to make and my 5 yr. old and I couldn't get enough. I even threw a dash of balsamic vinegar on the meat before I put it on the grill pan. It will always be on my meal list.

Delicious and so easy to make. I omitted the coriander seeds and cooked in a cast iron skillet instead of grilling, and also added ~1/2 cup chicken broth when the meat's done cooking
tip: try to get 0.5 inch thick lamb chop - the 1" is too thick and is difficult to cook the middle

First of all, I have to admit that I am usually not a huge fan of Rachel Ray's recipes. But after having tried these lamb chops versus several other lamb chop recipes, this one is our absolute favorite and the one I make most often. It is spicy and flavorful. One thing I did the first time that I have changed is to cook them on a lower temperature. First time, the entire house was filled with smoke and the smoke alarm kept going off. Now, I cook them at medium high and they come out fabulous. One of my favorite dinners. I have never been a lamb person, but this made me a convert. Still learning to like a lot of the other cuts, but I'm a lamb chop fan now.

excellent rub and it goes fantastic with the lamb...I am also going to try it with other meat as well. Even my 7 year old daughter loves it! Definitely a keeper!

This was really a great lamb chop recipe WITH THE SAUCE FROM THE SHOW (which is not shown in the recipe. After cooking the chops, add one and a half cups chicken stock and one cup chopped dates. Cook the sauce in the pan until reduced and then pour over the chops. This will give you a spicy and sweet delight that is out od f this world!

This rub is fantastic BUT iif you like the flavor of lamb, this is not the recipe. The taste is completely overwhelmed. I think this woUld be great on chicken or pork and can't wait to try it again. Delish!

I remember seeing this recipe but I thought it was for pork chops. Was just as delicious with the pork chops! Definately a new favorite!

Even though these are Moroccan, my Turkish husband smiled all night. Medium rare is the way to go with the lamb chops. My daughter loved them too.

My family loved this lamb dish. The sauce was wonderful. When I saw Rachael prepare this on Food 911, she had 2 additions to it. After it was completely cooked, she added 1 1/2 cups chicken broth and 1 cup of dates. She then simmered this down. The sauce ended up spicy, yet sweet and it was wonderful!
