I often cook meals from Rachel's show but I have to say this one was absolutely delicious. She is right about the sauce; fantastic. I have shared the dinner menu with as many of my friends as I can because I know they will absolutely love it. Thanks Rachael!

Made these last night for some friends. They were a huge hit. Had pasta on the side instead of the potatoes, but that was the only change in the recipe I made. Definitely on the menu.

Not a meatball fan, but gave it a try due to the ease and appeal of the ingredients....Boy, is my family happy I did! The meatballs are amazing. I read several reviews saying it was hard to find the poultry sausage, and I had trouble too, so my compromise was blending 1 lb. of ground chicken with 1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage together. I have also found it difficult to fin bocconcini, so I substituded gouda and it was great! The sauce, for being oh so simple, is a real winner! I highly recommend...and so does my family!

I made these meatballs with ground turkey and subbed a few ingredinets with my own. I've made turkey meatballs before but these turned out MUCH better!!! My boyfriend loved them and the leftovers were gone the next day, YUMMY! These will be the meatballs I use in my "homemade" spaghetti! Great idea...Thanx RR~

5 stars is only for the stuffed meatballs with mozzarella and the tomato basil sauce. I made this dish with Italian sweet & mild sausage. (1 of each cus I couldn't find chicken sausage. I made this dish instead of with broccoli and mashed potatoes with a while wheat spaghetti.
My BF isn't a fan of spaghetti w/ meatballs but let me tell you, this isn't just some ordinary meatball, it's stuffed with mozzarella and it's DELISH! I will definitely be making this dish again and again and again! xo, kristin nicole soapnights.com

I made this tonight and had difficulty with making the meatballs. I could not find bulk chicken sausage so I bought the links. I removed the meat from the casings and tried to form "balls" but it was impossible. They ended up crumbling and not holding shape at all. I finally cut the sausage in half lengthwise and across and put 1/2 a mini mozzarella ball between both and screwered them together with a toothpick. It wasn't quite the pretty little meatball that you had made. I would only make this with bulk sausage... NOT sausage from links. It was delicious even though it didn't come out the way I was hoping.

Loved the meatballs!! Even though I can't make her meals in 30 minutes... they are definitely easy and worth a try. This one goes into my rotation.

I just made this on a whim and loved it! I had to comment, because I was so pleasantly surprised after reading luke warm reviews. Very nice change up to a traditional chicken dinner. Unfortunately, it doesn't look to pretty, so I wouldnt recommend it for guests, but its the prefect weekly dinner that is going into my rotation!

I am only 12 years old and i made it and it tasted great! the cheese in the potatoes tasted kinda weird but the meatballs and brocolini, was delicious. My brother and parents thought it was neat to have the cheese inside the meatballs. The pesto sauce was also very good. The only downside is that it cost a lot for the ingredients.
