As soon as I saw you prepare this meal I new I had to try it. My son-in-law loved the sauce. I used broccoli instead and my neighbor liked that. I will pass this recipe on. This was such a treat and the best thing is that it was easy to make and not much time to make it. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

First I just want to say we love the roasted veggies~~it gives it an unique taste~~one that we now crave. The meatballs were superb I used regular sausage as we could not find chicken sausage. It was so easy to do the kids loved helping me with dinner tonight. The potatoes were very good and a good alternative to just plain potatoes. Thanks for the great recipes and getting my kids in the kitchen ~~finally!

I wish I could rate all three recipes separately. The roasted broccolini is excellent - this is actually the method I usually use to make broccolini (and broccoli. I love the flavor that roasting gives the vegetable. The potatoes are really good too. The romano cheese adds something different to basic mashed potatoes. The other reviewers that say these potatoes are awful just don't know how to cook. Add the cheese slowly and taste as you go along. Everyone has a different pallate. The meatballs were just average. I really like the idea of stuffing them with mozzarella but there was something that just didn't work for me. Maybe it was the sausage... Either way, I will definitely make this again, but instead of the sausage I will use my meatball recipe. All in all, a really easy menu and really quick!

Wow -- my hubby and I loved this! I did find chicken sausage, but it was hot, so combined with one pound turkey sausage. Couldn't find small mozzarella, so cut up larger ones. The sauce was amazing and loved the potatoes with sauce on them. Also, never had broccolini before -- now crave it! You must keep cooking and coming up with these fabulous recipes.

The sauce was wonderful and so easy. I am easily able to find all of the ingredients, so used the chicken sausage and fresh mozzarella balls, but made the balls smaller because I like a greater cheese to meat ratio. Instead of the cheese potatoes, I made the spinach mashed potatoes, which worked very well with this. Add some good bread to sop up the sauce, and it's dinner in 30 minutes.

I'm a vegetarian but I made these for my boyfriend, he loved it! I even made them again the next night. He suggested for myself that I take an Italian tofurky sausage and butterfly it, then put mozzarella, It was a terrific substitute. The sauce was divine, I'll definitely make it again!

Had same issue as others, could not find chicken sausage, not sure what chicken sausage is... Used italian sausage instead, which turned out great.. Used broccoli in place of broccolini, also turned out great.. Sauce was good, will make it thicker next time.. Will add it to the menu for sure..

I was unable to find Chicken sausage so I used Turkey sausage- i used Jenni-o
ground turkey that already had the italian seasoning...I also was not able to find the fresh mozzerella balls so I used regular... The meatballs came out FANTASTIC, great flavor. I used broccoli instead of brocollini (unable to find too and tasted great too, I served it with a multi grain penne pasta with alfreado sauce. A real winner, My daughter comes home from college next week and I am going to make it for her.- I know she will add it to her recipe box.!

i had ground turkey at home so i used that instead, added my own spices, and the stuffed mozzarella was devine. the broccolini was delicious as well, but i used my own simple recipe for the potatoes (w/ milk, s/p and some butter...all in all though, a great recipe.
