I have made this several times and each time I have to make more. There are NEVER any leftovers. I didn't make the broccolini, just the meatballs and potatoes. The sauce with the pesto is delicious.I was a bit skeptical by not adding any seasonings to the chicken sausage, but with the cheese and sauce on top, you don't need any. This is a great weeknight meal as it cooks up quick and I really wouldn't change anything. Definately a keeper!!

This recipe turned out wonderfully. I made all of it exactly according to directions, and we really enjoyed it. It seems like a cop-out with so many prepared ingredients, but it is just so good.

Oh, I used crushed tomatoes instead of whole, so no need to crush.

This was DEEElicious. My mozarella balls had gone bad by the time I got to this recipe (they weren't in enouh water? so I mixed in some grated part skim mozarella into the meatballs and they came out great. The sauce is simple but sooo good! I also took the lazy route and used potato flakes for my mashed potatoes.

This was a fantastic dish! My hubby and I gobbled it up!I did not use broccolini but broccoli instead, the broccolini was way to expensive at my grocery store.

Just gave this techique of stirring in pesto sauce into a red sauce base. I tried it with my standard "Red Meat Sauce" with pasta. My family could NOT get enough. Everyone needs to give this techique a try, you'll receive lots of compliments and it's sooo easy.
