Ingredients
- 2 cups all-natural cranberry juice
- 1 cup whole cranberries, fresh or frozen
- 1 (1-inch) ginger root, peeled
- A long curl orange peel
- 2 whole cloves
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1 quart cloudy organic apple cider
Directions
Combine the juice, cranberries, ginger, orange peel studded with cloves, cinnamon, and cider in a medium saucepan over low heat. Bring to a low simmer and steep the mixture for about 15 minutes. Discard the orange peel and cloves and pour into mugs to serve.

I made this for my family for Christmas Eve and it was perfect. It is sweet and tangy with a spice flavor that is so warming. It is good cold and leftover as well. It was so easy to make and was beautiful in the clear glass mugs I put it in.
