This was great! I've never had it before but I will definitely make it again. I used a whole chicken (gave me 5 1/2 C chicken which I used it all vs. the 4 C it calls for and I love it that the recipe has you making your own stock. The raita is FANTASTIC. I served it with brown basmatti (and added cilantro, salt and EVOO to it for flavor. Next time I make this I will double it and freeze 1/2. It is not spicy either, and might be good with a little kick to it also. Thanks RR for a new go-to recipe that is good enough for company (and also perfect to make-ahead!. :
