    Really easy, and fairly tasty, but I did have to add more teriyaki sauce like some other reviewers said. I added some tofu for more protein.

    I thought this was really easy, quick and healthy. I agree that it could have used a bit more teriyaki sauce but in some ways I liked the light coating and could still taste the flavor. I made the teriyaki sauce recipe by Tyler Florence on this site and thickened it with a bit of corn starch.

    I liked the recipe with a couple of modifications... I definetly had to had more teriyaki cause 1/3 of a cup was not nearly enough. I used regular button mushrooms as shitakes were $8.99 /lb. Next time i will add at least another 1/2 cup of edamame and mushrooms and maybe saute the garlic and ginger for a couple of minutes.

    Okay Rach...a third of a cup of the teriyaki sauce was not near enough for my taste....I thought this would be an excellent flavor combo...but I had to add some more salt and pepper and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese for added flavor...I know it takes the healthy aspect out of it but felt it need something...satisfying and comfort food like.
